Project Proposal / Proof of Concept

PHASE 1 |

Modification if any in Project Proposal
The necessary changes if any in the Project Proposal submitted in Phase 0 are incorporated . These changes could be based on the limitation in terms of input data available, changed needs , time constraints , cost constriants etc . If needed a fresh Proposal is submitted .
Purchase Order
A firm Purchase order based on the Project proposal submitted is expected from the customer.
Project Plan
A detailed task level project plan is submitted to the customer based on the time esimate in the Project Proposal. click here..

Task Completion
As per the Task level plan, the resources are allocated to ensure efficent execution of various tasks. Our consulting teams work hand-in-hand with your development teams during completion of these task by maintaining high level of communication and to adjust the defination of task if needed .
Task Level Report
A task level report is prepared on completion of individual tasks as per the detailed project plan . click here..
Project Report
The final project report is prepared after completion of all the tasks as per the project plan. The reports contains information like, objective of the project, background, deliverables, input used, assumption made, model / customization developed, results , comments on the results.

Delivery / Training/ Deployment
